Bedwell's distribution center located in Greater Toronto Area handles all the just-in-time distribution and storage for all of Ontario. Record Storage as well as Furniture Storage for Corporate Customers is displayed on warehouse racking for easy identification and access for Corporate Customer viewing and delivery requirements.

A detailed inventory of each piece received into storage, stating description of piece, measurements, color and condition would be prepared by Bedwell Van Lines and presented to the customer to assist with requests for delivery.

Three dock level loading bays and one ground floor loading bay provide for specialized off loading and loading of any material. The storage system provides complete individually containerized pallet storage with excess of 500 containers. There are as well specially designed racking systems to accommodate sensitive items and internally secured vault computer storage. In addition to a 25,000 sq. ft. record storage area is utilized.

The Bedwell Group, as well as the above mentioned facilities also have the equivalent locations in Ottawa housing (35,000 sq. ft.) and Montreal housing (15,000 sq. ft.)

Furniture and equipment must be handled and prepared properly during any type of relocation. In order to properly accommodate this, each unit in our system is completely equipped to handle any contingency. The Bedwell Group can provide in excess of 10,000 furniture pads, 100 baffle screen carts to properly move systems furniture, 100 computer dollies and over 1,000-4 wheel dollies. Safety tie down straps on all units, as well as decking bars are utilized with every load. In order to accommodate any of your moving requirements, we carry 30,000 plastic, re-usable, sealable, environmentally friendly moving bins at your disposal.
