Hi Linda:

I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Mark and his crew during the move yesterday. They arrived on time and went about their work professionally and efficiently. They had no complaints about how they found our things and made any adjustments they needed to our packing to ensure things were securely and carefully loaded on the truck.

They handled and packed our things very carefully and took extra measures to avoid tracking in mud and water during and after that storm that went through.

The crew was very helpful in setting up beds and the like and ensuring that things wound up in the right places. While they we clearly beat by the end of the day they maintained good humour and a positive, helpful approach throughout.

Please let them know that we appreciated their efforts and pass along our thanks to them. And of course, our thanks to you for setting it all up!
